Cannot activate new license

Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Internet Security from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security

I cannot access the account dashboard to activate the new license.
All I get is the AVG virus free window and a message saying 'Your Internet Security has expired'
now going in circles......views welcome
