Sorry to hear what is happening with the VPN service. Do you also get expiry notice when the VPN gets turned off?
We may have to reinstall the product. Awaiting for your reply.

Ref. no. 12456233410. VPN was installed a few days ago, but it cannot be switched on.  It says "problem with server. Try again later".  I have tried several time and get the same message.
