I have the 2 month AVG trial, and to my knowledge, I don't have an account connected to this trial. It is simply a subscription connected to my pc. I'm looking in "My Subscription" and under AVG Internet Security, there is no unsubscribe option.

Do you find any expiration date or activation key in the AVG Program?
Open your AVG program -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Check for the expiration date
