Cannot connect to chrome.... HELP ME AVG!

twice since installing this pc tune up, i cannot get on net with chrome…from my desk top…i switch to other user and it works…something is blocking access to chrome…i've went in and before i was able to get it to work, but not sure if a firewall is blocking or whats the damn deal…real frustrating…help me AVG!!!
