Cannot connect to internet

You are welcome, Eddy.
Thank you for trying the instructions to send us the diagnostic information.
I really appreciate your efforts.
In this case, I will send the email instructions to get our additional support and they will run the same Sysinfo tool and they will upload it successfully to our FTP server.
Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
Thank you.

Thanks for your prmpt reply.  However, even-though I followed your suggestion to upgrade, reinstall and repair the AVG (I did upgrade it to ZEN 1.22.1.40089 and AntiVirus Free 2016.0.7227), the problem cannot be resolved.  So, it still needs to turn off the AVGIDSAgent in order to use the explorers.  Any suggestion?

Hello Eddy.
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please let me know which version of AVG is installed on your PC? If it is an older version like AVG 2014 or AVG 2015, please upgrade it to AVG 2016 as described in this article ( http://avgclick.me/UpgradeToLatest ). If it is AVG 2016 you are using, please consider repairing it as described in ( http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY ). Thank you.

Dear Sirs,
I used Win 7 Pro and installed your AVG AntiVirus Free for years and so far so good.  However, few weeks ago, I could not connect to internet with the I.E. 11.  Furthermore, another explorer "Google Chrome" and even the "Windows Explorer (/File Manager) were also malfunctioned.
Having try and catch errors, first of all, the computer can get connect to internet normally during safety mode.  Secoundly, IF I stop one of your program, that is the "AVGIDSAgent" by the windows msconfig, all the above problems are disappeared.
But I believe stopping your AVGIDSAgent function may not be desirable.  Please advise.
Thanks.
