Hello Ofer,

By default, access to your documents is prohibited to users logged in to other Windows accounts in the computer. To disable this option, untick Restrict document access to this Windows account. We recommend keeping this option enabled at all times.

Under this option, you can see a list of applications that are blocked or allowed to access your sensitive documents. The list is empty at the beginning. When an attempt of access to the sensitive content is discovered by Sensitive Data Shield, it displays a detection dialog and allows you to decide what list a detected application should be added to.

Hi.

I just activated the "sensitive data shield", and I now see that I cannot copy files (e.g., DOCX or PDF) from my desktop to a desired folder. I could only do this by opening the desktop file, and choosing "save as" at the desired folder.

Is anyone facing the same problem? Any suggestions?

  1. I tried to copy a certain DOCX many times, but no popup appeared.
    2) Is a the copy command considered an application that may be blocked or alowed? And what about a move or delete command?
    3) Please describe how exactly can I untick restricted access to certain account.
