Coraleen, Are you using the latest install file compatible with Win 10?.. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/W10compatibility). Also for the latest download files have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/downloadAVG).

Hi I purchased a licence and a special AVG back up disk and am having problems downloading/uploading AVG Security onto my new computer.  Can anyone help.  I have tried all the things AVG suggest but am getting nowhere.  Still keeps coming up installation failed!!!.  I have windows 10 on new computer.  Many thanks   Coraleen
