Cannot download internet security 2015

Wilhelmina, For security reasons I don't think the full license number is shown in your IS 2015. Full AVG license number or product key consists of 6x5 upper-case letters. When your license number or product key is not accepted by AVG, please do the following:
Visit (http://www.avg.com/lost).
Fill in the email address that you used when purchasing AVG, and the verification code. Then click Continue.
You will shortly receive an email with a list of all your AVG products and their license numbers. 
Use the license number from this email to activate your AVG.

thank you for your help guru,I did get my licentie number allready filled in by avg,but it held 25 digits,should it not be 30 numbers?  because their is no progress in the download?
