So, I have paid for the VPN and tune up at the same time. Tune up I was able to download and access no problems. The VPN however, I cannot even download it! Any suggestions? It just keeps offering me the free trial, or to pay for a subscription and when I try to load the free trial to see if it will recognise me it wants all my payment information again.
