Cannot find options menu

You can follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-use-Passive-Mode) to put your program in passive mode/disable AVG. However, may I know why you want to disable your AVG program?

I need to disable AVG, but I cannot find the opetions menui and there is no AVG icon close to the clock which could be used alternatively.
