I have been trying for two days to get a refund for my cancelled product since I no longer own the device it was registered for and everytime I try to go through the refund process it sends me to a chat which no one ever responds to. There is no other way to receive my refund and I don’t want to waste the 30 days trying constantly to get ahold of no one. I want a refund for this product.

Hi. Re getting a refund I was successful but you have to be prepared to sit and wait for a ‘chat agent’ and then stand firm about wanting a refund. Attempting to contact them by phone was pointless. I then followed the route to ‘chat’ to them. I tried 3 times and eventually after a 45 minute wait I got someone. They then made 3 attempts to get me to continue with some level of AVG software. You have to be firm about wanting a refund but the person you are speaking with obviously isnt meant to lose a client. Eventually I got their agreement - which I took a screenshot of - and I had the money back within the day. Good luck

I have the same problem here. I want to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund. The only way is through the chat where nobody answers. I looked all over the site to see if there is another way but couldn’t find anything else.
Exactly same issue here. They renewed over a month before expiry without sending a notification. I want to cancel and now cannot get through as their chat is just a scam. I will keep trying but I am already talking to my bank.
