Please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to reinstall your AVG program. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

After a recent Windows 10 update, AVG won't update or connect.  I successfully uninstalled it but I cannot install it again and I keep getting the following message:

Error code: 0xC0070643
Description: Event exec_finished

Unfortunately I stil get the same result after completely removing AVG and reinstalling AVG Free Antivirus.

Please advise.
