Cannot install AVG Zen

im having this exact some problem and have removed all other pre installed anti virus software. I even uninstalled the New AVG Ultimate and tried to reinstall and it still show this same error message. THis is a new computer purchased last night!!! What is going on AVG??? HELP

Hi,
I have received an email in response to my query regarding error code ​0xC0070643.
I have followed the instructions contained within the email and I now get error code 0xE0010045.
My computer is currently unprotected​​, so please help as soon as possible.
