Cannot load AVG Tune up on new Windows 10 p.c

Thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, there is no error message, as the real problem is that I have found no practicable way to download and set up PC TuneUp on my new P.C.( The original programme has now been removed from the old computer which is no longer operational.)
AVG Remover found no active AVG products or traces on my new P.C. and the link you provided related to the AVG Antivirus product only.
On internet I managed to find only one useful guide for installing on a second P.C. and that was for AVG Ultimate, of which I had not previously heard; this I downloaded, signed in and installed.
I then found that I had access to PC TuneUp which I ran, only to find that it is the free download for new customers and subject to payment after a trial period.  It is a pity there is no obvious way to access this version by simply entering my User Code.
Is there any other way I can access the programme for which I paid last year?

I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused. May I know the exact error message if it generates any when you try to install AVG PC TuneUp? Please try to run AVG Remover tool to remove the traces of failed and then try the installation.
Click on this link for instructions on how to download and run the tool.

NOTE: Click on 'Run Anyway' if the tools does not detect any AVG apps.

Then refer to steps in this link on how to download and install AVG PC TuneUp.

Urgently need to install TuneUp on new Windows 10 p.c. Repeated attempts starting 28 February have failed.
Logged in - no subscription found. Clicked again - no help; just a major update excuse!
Bought 24 months cover for 3 computers in March 2017 (Order No.701-71xxxxx); completed report form 28 February - no response.
Sought Internet help - use of AVG management console recommended - this does not appear on my other two computers. This lack of practical advice from AVG, on a basic routine matter is unbelievable.
What have I missed or done wrongly?
Can someone please help?

I appreciate your efforts and patience so far. 
I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.
