Cannot login to my online banking

Its look like you have 2 AVG Internet Security icon in the desktop of the PC. You can just delete any one of them. Also, we see that you are unable to login with Online banking. Have you tried to disable AVG and check whether you can access online banking? We look forward for your response.

I have been working for 3 days now to login.  I use Chrome as my primary browser and Firefox as the backup.  The bank cannot solve the problem and wonders if there is something in my AVG anti-virus that now is blocking my login.  When I look at the AVG programs listed on my computer, I see that there are now two copies of the antivirus with one icon showing a file folder and the other shows an icon.  Might this be the problem and how can I delete the apparent redundency?
