Cannot open applications or documents

If the applications are put to sleep in AVG TuneUp, you might experience these issues when accessing it.

Please confirm if you are unable to access AVG TuneUp also, then refer the link below to restart the service and check if you're able to access the program.

I have been running PC Tune-up and Internet Security once a week.  This started with only a few apps/docs but now I cannot open anything (except AVG Internet Security) by clicking on it.  Can't use Right click menu - nothing...my computer is now unusable except to surf the web.  Can you help me?

I had to go to the rescue center (restore) (thank God that AVG has a back up point and I undid the last tune up on the registry links and unbroken short cuts and my keyboard returned to normal.   I'm very leary about using tune up again.  AVG told me to be sure that I uncheck any changes to the  registry link or unbroken short cut that have the word "keyboard" in it.   Wishing you good luck!
