Cannot open files on my own PC - I get the message "The file cannot be opened by the system."

Firstly, could you let us know if you recently performed any actions (scans & fixes) using your AVG programs (such as AVG TuneUp)?
If you did, please specify the name of the AVG program you recently used.
Secondly, share us a screenshot of the error message you've been receiving, so that we can check & help you accordingly.

The locked files have a yellowish rectangle that looks like the front of a file drawer.  I cannot open any files with this image.  Anyone know how to unlock these files?  and how to STOP AVG from locking them?
