Cannot reach chat for a refund

I had a AVG VPN trial that auto-resubscribed A WEEK BEFORE it was supposed to be resubed and I didn’t get any heads up. Now I’m trying to request a refund for days but cannot reach chat support. I’m stuck at “Please wait while I connect you with an agent to assist you” for hours. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared cache, tried on my phone and everything. Looks like they don’t help folks who want a refund.

Any advice would help.

I have have the very same problem, were you able to resolve this and can you advise what action you took.

Yes, try contacting their tech support instead (at 855-742-9625), and ask to be transferred to billing/subscription.
