Thanks. Senior team member gave me a code, it worked, job closed. Why this took 2 weeks is anyones guess? No remote connection, no fuss, just a code?!

I cannot input the license key
The product says it is going to expire in 17 days. I am sick of AVG products losing license information. Please fix this. Also why does this go to the community and not AVG support??

Have you used the wallet key starts with "WKXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXFE" and checked the status?
We need to escalate this case to our senior team if the issue persists. Please share screenshot of error message received while trying to activate it using wallet key.
As you can see in the image above, the ACG Internet Security is ACTIVE with 5 days remaining. The code you sent did not work. What is the fix for this please/???

Well there is no error! But key is for AVG Secure VPN not A/V.

Please click on "Log out and remove license" option and then choose "Enter Activation code".
Please check your previous email sent by Karthikeyan for activation code.
