I have done all this several times. AVG Antivirus Pro says my device is registered, but avgmobilation still says my device is not registered.

I am trying to register my new phone (Galaxy S5) for anti-theft. I have AVG antivirus Pro and it worked perfectly with my previous phone, a Galaxy S3. I've followed the instructions to the letter, but when I enter http://m.avg.com/anti-theft on my PC it takes me to https://www.avgmobilation.com/en. When I login it says that there are no devices registered. I have gone back to my phone , deactivated and activated several times, but still can't get avg on my PC to recognise my phone. Any suggestions please?
