I am using a VISTA platform (32-bit), and I am unable to remove my existing AVG 2013 free version from my computer via the Control Panel (no reponse by Windows). An attempt to install AVG Anti-Virus 2014 failed, because the "installer has insufficient priviliges to access this directory." (I am the Administrator.)
This occurred a couple of years ago, and I had to download AVG software to remove my then version of AVG Anti-Virus software before I was able to install a newer version. If the same course of action is required, where do I go to download this software?
