Cannot retrieve license from old email address

I registered with AVG originally  with one email address to recieve my license , this email address has not been in use for the past 5 years but I have not been able to contact AVG to change to my new address. AVG have been taking the cost from my bank  each year.I have tried everything , links to "support" get me nowhere.
anybody got any ideas…
without  the original email address ,i cant log in to my account .

Thanks for your reply Alan , tried the link for Chat with us , but waited two hours for my request to connect then gave up , tried this three times.
