Initially, please clarify how you access your mailbox. Is it through browser or email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird?
Also, share us the screenshot of error message that you receive for better clarity.
I cannot send e-mails anymore when i used AVG VPN ( Netherlands ) Reply: Your message cannot be delivered because the message is seen by the KPN spam filter as a virus, spam, phishing or has been blocked.
Contacted KPN this is the answer:
Thank you for your message. As far as we can see, you use a VPN connection to send your e-mails. Large amounts of phishing/spam have recently been sent from the connection in question, as a result of which it has been identified as a source of spam by our spam filter supplier. Do more people have this problem?
