Hi, Me again. It's now been 10 plus days since I first asked AVG Support Centre to address my problem.
I was asked for more information. Did that. First request number 01808347. Second request #01813745. Still no other reply other than 3 days age saying "we're looking into it. BULLSHIT. And no, before you ask, I have checked my junk mail folder - no reply in it. If AVG cannot fix my problem - just say so.
