I am trying to uninstall AVG 2014 from my computer, however it does not seem to be working. It is still on my programmes list. I also do not have any internet so I am unable to download AVG remover. I think it is AVG that is the cause of me not being able to get Internet. I have windows 7.

Laura, Do you have access to another computer to download the AVG Remover onto a USB stick?
