My AVG Account does not show my AVG Internet Security subscription so i cannot update the credit card details. I have given up trying to communicate with AVG.
Same problem!! I have been trying to renew my Ultimate subscription for a while with new card and its not working. Now the subscription has expired and still unable to purchase/renew. I canβt even reach out to anybody.
Dear Sir/Madam, Could I please have an overview of all AVG applications, their duration, and the amounts paid per application? Then I can check which credit card I used and which cards are not working. This way, I can sort things out for you and for myself. I prefer to communicate in Dutch if possible.
