Cannot update virus definitions

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

As the issue persists after reinstalling AVG, I've sent an email to get connected to our remote experts.

Please check the email and follow the instructions to start the remote session.

AVG virus definitions are showing as out of date, updating does not work, has happened before , I had to completly uninstall and reinstall to get it to work
