Cannot view subscription

I have an automatic renewing subscription of AVG AntiVirus PRO on my cell phone. When I first downloaded and paid for the service, I set up an account in order to be able to utilize the security features from a computer (such as remote tracking and wipe.)

I have logged onto the site in the past, but not for some time. 
I am in the process of switching phones and was researching how to transfer the service from one devise to another without having to start a 2nd subscription. 
Problem: my account on the AVG website doesn't show ANY products, orders or subscriptions of any kind. 

I have the full working service on my phone, but the website will not give me access to these services. Anyone have this issue, or know how to troubleshoot?

We're here to help. Please note that AVG subscriptions for Android are not listed under AVG MyAccount. You can manage the Android subscriptions from Google play store. Refer to instructions in this link on how to transfer AVG from one Android device to another.
