I purchased avg pro for Android in March of this year. I have a new phone and when I tried to reinstall it tries to make me purchase again, although the app store even shows that I have a full subscription. when I go to my avg acct. online it also does not show a previous purchase. I originally deleted the app shortly before I purchased the new phone, because one of the main features I used was down for months. I called billing and refund support and am told there isn't a way for me to talk to anyone on the phone. Is my purchase not important just because it wasn't for a pc? I would like a refund. very disappointed in the mobile app.
