This is the expected behavior as most of the banking and streaming websites will have their own restriction policy which will not allow access when a VPN application is used.

However, you can try selecting the following locations Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland in AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the streaming or banking sites.

Help!!! I cannot access my bank's website. I have changed the VPN location as suggested in another thread to no avail
