Can't Activate, getting frustrated

I entered my activation code, twice now, and it doesn't want to recognize that I have purchased the AVG Tune-up Software.  Getting upset with AVG.  :-(   When I click on my icon to run the software, it acts like I haven't purchased the software (but I have, and confirmed with my activation code) .  What do I do?
