Hi, I recently renewed my licence for this year, received an e-mail with my confirmation of purchase,saying my next renewal will be 2019,and containing new licence number. Today I received an e-mail reminding me to activate my licence. However, when I try to input my licence number I am informed that the number I am using is invalid. HELP!!! Anyone with any answers please.
