Can't activate subscription

This is another subscriber.  I have the same problem.  My name is Marguerite Daugherty and the system keeps saying it is expiring (I think they mean the free version).  I have paid for the full version in January 2017 and it is suppose to be good for two years.

I've recently purchased AVG Internet Security Unlimited, installed it and connected my avg account but it still shows up that I have a free version of AVG instead of my one year subscription. How can I activate my subscription, cause it seems like I've already done everything that's required?

This happened to me too!  I can't figure out how to get help.  Very upset!  Take my money and give me nothing.
