Can't cancel autorenewal

Upon checking your record we see that you have purchased the subscription for AVG Performance Multidevice (1 year subscription) and we have successfully cancelled the auto renewal for it. The expiry date of this subscription is 11th September 2016.
You won't be charged for the renewal automatically.

Hello,
I can´t cancel the automatic renewal of my AVG products, because the option for doing so doesn´t appear in My Account Subscriptions. I tried with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft browsers. None of them shows that option to cancel.
Please assist me in canceling as I no longer have a computer. And I certainly don't want to fight to get a refund.
