Cant cancel AVG Tuneup Subscription online

I see that continuing protection service (auto renewal) is not enabled on AVG PC TuneUp license. We will not charge you for this.

Hi, I either never created an AVG Account upon subscribing to AVG Tuneup  or it was registered under a different email address.  I have now created an AVG Account under my current email address rubypretorius@gmail.com but I do not see my AVG Tuneup product therefor I cannot cancel my subscription.  Could you please help by cancelling my subscription? I cannot do the online support chat as my work servers block the connection.  My laptop was stolen earlier this week, it may be a few months before I purchase another laptop.  Thank you in advance - Ruby, Cape Town, South Africa.
