Hey
What kind of scam is this that you don't give any easy way to cancel subscriptions or autorenewal?
There is no contact email only phone numbers, do people actually need to call you to do that?
I see many people had the same issues but you haven't done anything to make it easier.
I also have the same issue because I don't like the software but can't end my autorenewal or subscription.
