Can't connect Pulse secure

Initially, please clarify whether you use the free 7 days trial of AVG Secure VPN on your computer. Reason being, we're unable to find an active subscription in your account. 
Also, let us know the AVG programs (name) that are installed on your computer. What happens exactly while attempting to connect. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

I am looking for a solution to this problem. Previously i was able to connect my pulse secure by disable my avg vpn. Now I can not connect it either having my avg vpn disable or not. I think the latest update has interfere with my pulse secure connection. is there any solution out there. Thanks
