I've only just discovered after hours of checking why I cant access the internet. There's a problem with AVG VPN. It's only been a problem last day or so as I've used it without any problems for many years. Once I disconnect from VPN the problem goes away. But that defeats the reason why AVG VPM is there. If this can't be resolved, i'll cancel my paid subscription to all of my AVG products. HELP.
I'm in the UK. Please explain what location you mean.

When the AVG Secure VPN it turned On, it will connect to one of a server which is located around the world.
The previous associate has asked you to change that location in the AVG Secure VPN and check if the issue persists.

I've changed the location, but same problem. Very unhappy with this.
The next step is to close my account for all paid programmes from you as I cant continue to waste my time with this problem.
