We apologize for the difficulties you have experienced.
I request you to click this link http://af-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe  to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start remover process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, I request you to restart your PC.
After the restart, I request you to manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Now, try to install your products back in your system and you will be good to go.
