Cant' delete files from quarantine

Send me the screenshot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361 of the error message you receive when you try to delete files from "Quarantine" and the version of AVG installed on your computer.

I will check the same and assist you further.

The files that you are trying to restore from quarantine were part of an external storage which might have not mounted on your PC at the moment. Please try to restore them to a local folder (e.g. downloads folder) and then delete files from there.

I have the 18.2 version and virus definition 18030602

César, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
