Can't download Tune-up on iPad Mini

I understand the inconvenience.
Please be informed that the AVG TuneUp Unlimited devices product can be installed on windows PC's, Tablets and Mac.
It can be installed on Android smartphones and tablets but it cannot be installed on iPads, iPhones and windows mobiles.
I apologize for the information that was provided to you during the purchase.
May I know from where you received the information that your AVG TuneUp Unlimited devices product can be installed on iPads?
The only AVG product available for iOS devices is "AVG Secure VPN".
To purchase it you have to search for it from "App Store".

Just bought AVG TUNE UP for all my devices: iPad Mini, Pc.
cannot download onto Mini.  Help.
