Can't exclude some detected threats with AVG IS 2015

Hi Roger,
If file is detected as PUP (potentially unwanted program) there is option to add it into exceptions. Other detected files can be added to exceptions in Advanced AVG Settings.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick response.  However unless there is a change to how excluding files is done in future updates, I won't be using AVG anymore.  I really like your antivirus, and it does not slow down my old laptop, but right now I'm using 360 Internet Security, and whenever it detects a threat there is the option to ignore it (but scan it again if the file is ever modified).  I have a number of files I want to ignore, so ignoring them manually one by one is too much of hassle for me.

I have AVG configured to never quarantine threats automatically.  I did the initial full computer scan with detected a number of items.  I wanted to exclude every one of these as they are not actual threats, but generally related to unwanted programs.  I was able to tell AVG to ignore most of them, but a few file remain, where when I right click on the detected file there is only the option to "Remove Threats" - the option to exclude the threats for further detection is missing.

While I am really liking AVG so far, if there is no solution to this, I will be uninstalling it, as I do not want to remove these items, and don't want them being detected in future system scans.
