When I got my expiration notice, I paid for and downloaded/installed the Internet Security program. I keep getting notices that my license has not been reactivated, but all the instructions I have found for this (in my e-mail and in the AVG program) are not what I am finding when I attempt to follow them. I can eventually get an "activate" prompt, but no "reactivate". Toolbar options in instructions do not show up in my program. No "Connect" option, no "subscription" option under About. When I put my new license number into an "activate" slot, I got an "internal error" message. So, my question is: How can I reactivate my new license??
