Can't get avg to protect firewall

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking with your account we can see that you have been registered with AVG Protection and AVG performance. We would request you to let us know whether you are getting any firewall error if so  please send the screenshot of your error messages so that we can assist further? Did you installed any other third party firewall application in your system? Thank you.

windows firewall won't let me add avg to firewall

James, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. You should only be using 1 firewall on your system. Have a look @ this AVG article (http://avgclick.me/prepareforAVGinstall).
