Can't get Key to Activate for My Driver Updater

Hello Bull,

What was the license number you were using to activate the product?

Also provide us the screenshot of the issue?

I have sent you an email, please send the license number to that email due to privacy issues.

Recently bought a key for the Driver Updater but every time i try to put it in it says "There was a problem Trying to activate. Please check your serial number and make sure you're connected to the internet." I'm pretty sure i've copied and paste same key from email and from myaccount several times, and im pretty sure i'm connected to the internet as i am typing thing online as you can see. Help?  :confused:
