Can't get my new license installed

I understand the inconvenience caused, we’re happy to help you sort this out.
You can follow the instruction to activate AVG Internet Security (formally known as AVG Antivirus).
Note: you have to use license option to activate it.

I have my new license number from my renewal, but can't get to the screen that lets me put the number in and reactivate.  Please help.
