I am having the same problem as Vincent_Tang. when trying to create my Identy Protection Profile I receive this message: “Email address already exists. Perhaps you need to login or use a different email address.” I can’t get past this and need help!

I got the Secure Identity recently, but when trying to set up the Create your Identity Protection Profile part, it said "Email address already exists. Perhaps you need to login or use a different email address."
I think I might have got Secure Identity before, but not sure why it is taking me to the Create your Identity Protection Profile section if I already have the account.
