Can't get pass Create your Identity Protection Profile

I got the Secure Identity recently, but when trying to set up the Create your Identity Protection Profile part, it said "Email address already exists. Perhaps you need to login or use a different email address."
I think I might have got Secure Identity before, but not sure why it is taking me to the Create your Identity Protection Profile section if I already have the account.
