Can't get rid of avg lav message the file is clean

Cannot get rid of  the message the file is clean. It is covering
up my avg, c cleaner, Malwarebytes  and superantispyware
desktop icons and i cannot use the programs. It is in the bottom right hand corner.
will uninstalling avg help?
