I purchased a two year ultimate subscription for all devices. Whenever I log in to myAVG on one of the devices and try to install either anti-virus or cleaner pro, it tells me that I already have the Free version installed. I tried removing the free versions and hitting download on the pro versions on the my account page but keep going back to the free. Why is this so difficult?

So when I go to the my account screen that I've attached here and select Cleaner Pro, the second screen I've attached (for regular AVG cleaner) keeps coming up.
