Can't get VNP working on my mobile

Hello,

I jus t bought VNP security. Have successfully installed it on my desktop, however I want it also on my mobile phone. I activated my subscription and all but not VPN is working. I can use it on 5 devices.
What do I wrong and how can I fix it?
